Trojan War vs. Myth

I was asked to write about the Trojan war and fact vs. faked. The topic that I will be covering is Helen of Troy. The war was believed to have started because she was seduced by the Trojan Prince, Paris. This leading to the greeks starting war. That's what was said. However, reporters and and geologists say that yes, indeed there was a war, but not over a woman of great beauty. The war was started over a precious metal, tin, which was used for bronze, keys etc. The dicoveries are supported by a substantial range of evidence including ancient writtings, precise geographic and linguistic evidence as well a vast range of archaeological finds.
